Perfect for fishermen, families, or couples! The Grand Lagoon area hosts many local restaurants and many of Florida’s top-rated seafood dining establishments. St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, boating, golf, recreational, sight-seeing and water activities are all also located in this area of the beach just a short distance away.

Completely renovated 2 BDRM / 2 Bath single story home has everything you need for the perfect vacation. A large Master Bedroom has a king bed, beautiful tile shower, tv, and plenty of extra room!  The second bedroom has a twin bed with a pullout twin allowing the bed to make into a king! A beautiful hall bath with shower/tub combo, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, tv’s, private Wi-Fi, covered outdoor and outdoor gathering spaces, are all included. Beach chairs and beach wagon also provided for your use.

This beach house is loaded with smart and quality features!  Top of the line water-osmosis treatment system throughout, including an extra filtered drinking water faucet at the kitchen sink – no need to buy bottled water! All Smart tv’s with high powered WI-FI for streaming all at once. Smart thermostats, faucets, motion activated lights, all new high-end appliances, ceiling fans, solar outdoor lights and more make this home innovative and easy for vacation.  Renovated in 2022, EVERYTHING in this home is brand new!!

Occupancy limits, No Smoking, No Pets and Neighborly behaviors are strictly enforced. Violations will result in eviction during stay without refund.
